Update: Shared -80 Freezer Updates
Hello everyone,
Thank you for your patience and cooperation while the freezer reached its target temperature. Good news—after about 2.5 days, the freezer has successfully returned to -80°C.
According to tech support, the issue may have been caused by a clogged or frozen pipe, and they’ve recommended performing a defrost. We are currently preparing the backup freezer to support this process. Once it is ready, we’ll share the scheduled defrost date with everyone.
