Reminder: Please Use the Break Area for Daily Lunches

We kindly ask that conference rooms not be used for daily lunch breaks and that all meals be enjoyed in the designated break area instead.
Using conference rooms for eating has led to an overflow of trash and food residue, which can attract unwanted pests and impact the cleanliness and availability of these shared meeting spaces.
Exception: Conference rooms may be used for scheduled events or team lunch meetings. If you are planning to host one of these, please inform our team in advance so we can prepare and ensure proper trash management after the event or meeting.
Please note:
The break area is equipped and intended for food consumption.
Conference rooms should otherwise be reserved for meetings only.
Our pest control service is conducted quarterly, and technicians will be checking conference rooms and common areas during their visits.
