R Living was created from over a decade of work in the life science and biotechnology fields, where our mission has always been to advance medical research and innovation. For more than 10 years, we have conducted early-stage translational research in drug discovery while incubating many of Boston’s leading biotech and medtech companies. Today, that mission extends beyond the lab and directly to the patient experience.

Affordable Patient Stays
Through our strong internal network and partnerships with local non-profits, we now provide subsidized and fully compensated accommodation for patients and their families traveling to Boston for medical treatment, the very treatments we aim to develop. We realized that breakthrough therapies only matter if patients can afford to access them, and R Living is our way of ensuring that medical innovation reaches every patient it was meant to help.

Our Accommodations
R Living provides thoughtfully curated and furnished apartments in Brighton, Massachusetts. These are spaces designed to restore a sense of normalcy, dignity, and calm during life’s most critical moments of care. Each residence, from cozy studios to spacious two-bedrooms, features complete kitchens, in-unit laundry, and modern smart amenities. Every detail is considered so patients and families can settle in quickly, rest deeply, and focus on healing while being together.
